Any significant life process has to start with awareness of our exact circumstances here and now, and to be completely honest about this through self-examination, to discover what we find unacceptable. From there we can consider what we might want to change by consulting the heart about available options. This precipitates decision and movement. Only then are we able to create a clear vision that draws us forward enthusiastically. Lessons of forgiveness and adaptability follow on from this.

Various teaching methods offer different approaches to each of these stages, and we can use several - from NLP, shamanism, astrology, sufism and 7 words - to expand our options of behaviour and optimize our chances of finding real joy in ordinary life.

This has to do with corporate identity, marketing and outreach, personnel management, and decision-making processes including a special focus on techniques for making meetings more effective. We also include negotiation methodology, clues to help understanding financial accounts, and a weekend of brainstorming in a countryside location.
