Out of Bounds Planets

Out of Bounds Qualities
An ‘Out of Bounds’ planet is one whose declination exceeds 23:27 degrees from the celestial equator. OOB planets have outstanding qualities and a person with more of them displays creative thinking and sometimes odd behaviour characteristics.
They can be inspired, inventive, original and even visionary, having an emphatic love of freedom, yet also there is a more marked likelihood of complete disregard for the law, and feelings and thoughts that are eschewed by society. |
Only 7 planets go Out of Bounds, and even of these Jupiter is very rare indeed. There is no evidence that they are 'good' or 'bad' influences, but it is generally understood that they are exceptional and rather outside the norm of attitudes and behaviour. We describe here the characteristics of the various planets when they are OOB. In 100 people we can expect 50 to have none, 28 to have one, 18 to have two, 3 to have three and only 1 person to have four planets out of bounds.

People with multiple OOB planets may feel at odds with society and yet are in fact visionaries who are ahead of their time. Though often feeling misunderstood these are society's most revolutionary thinkers, making immensely useful contributions to society even if they go unrecognised.
